Effect of precipitation on received water at a sewage treatment plant

In this study, the precipitation effects because of weather variations and receiving water volumes collected by sewage treatment plants were examined to obtain knowledge required for improving construction ideal located in cool climates. The quantity data acquired from Meteorological Society Japan Mombetsu Aqua Center, respectively. results showed a positive correlation between amount reaching plant May November. correlations obtained January April not considerable. Because system Mombestu Centre was combined, release rainwater rivers or sea considered necessary protecting city area flooding, maintaining storage facilities response potential influx rain during months prioritized. Further, relation trends analyzed an improved picture long-term forecasts at plant. Therefore, these are important cold regions, especially places with high degree snowfall winter.
